# Overview ## Purpose A Partner stakeholder is a user that administers the offerings, and experience of a [Traveler](/traveler/guest-app-overview.md). The tooling provided serves up insights about the performance of any Traveler tooling utilization. It also exposes methods that allow for customizations to the content exposed to a Traveler, campaign design and other organization level configurations.
